Shafie Apdal akui kewangan Sabah baik- Nizam Abu Bakar Titingan

Ketua audit negara melaporkan kerajaan BN Sabah tiada masalah sejak 16 tahun lalu sehingga 2016.

Nizam berkata ketua audit negara melaporkan kerajaan BN Sabah tiada masalah sejak 16 tahun lalu sehingga 2016.

Kenyataan Penuh

6th July 2018

KOTA KINABALU: Barely weeks after claiming Sabah is riddled with debt, Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal revealed that the state finances is healthy, adequate and that all these years the Barisan Nasional government did not missed repayment of its Federal loans.

The Parti Warisan Sabah president had accused the Barisan Nasional government under Tan Sri Musa Aman had not been forthcoming about the state’s financial status, claiming the state finances was in shambles as it does not have any reserves in its coffers.

His statetement when winding up at the State assembly shows Sabah had RM3.305 billion and was “adequate to meet daily needs”.

Mohd Shafie should instead focus on pursuing the 20 percent oil royalty Warisan and Pakatan Harapan had promised before the 14th General Election as well as reinstate eroded rights of the people of Sabah under the Malaysia Agreement 1963.

All he could update is talks are rhethorical comments of talks are being held whereas they promised immediate reforms before this. It is obvious Shafie is now a mere Pakatan Harapan puppet.

Tan Sri Musa, the Sabah BN government was given the clean bill by the Federal Auditor General for 16 consecutive years until 2016 while Ram Ratings gave the state administration AAA rating for seven consecutive years until 2017.

The BN administration also presented surplus budgets for four consecutive years from 2015 until this year where the budget stood at RM4.1 billion with a surplus of RM65 million.

The State financial reserves had also increased over the years and for 16 consecutive years the state recorded surplus in its annual consolidated revenue account until last year.
